Do you like to take pictures? I really love taking pictures, that’s why I am a photographer. Of course, I have a very good and expensive camera. I look for beautiful landscapes, interesting situations and unusual people.

Ось моя́ улю́блена фотогра́фія. Тут уся́ моя́ сім’я́: моя́ дружи́на, моя́ дочка́ та наш соба́ка. Ми у відпу́стці біля мо́ря. Ми гуля́ємо пля́жем. Я не люблю́, коли́ на фотогра́фії всі лю́ди ди́вляться на ка́меру та посміха́ються. Це неціка́во. На цій фотогра́фії моя́ дружи́на торка́ється мо́ря. Моя́ дочка́ біжи́ть за соба́кою, а соба́ка хо́че злови́ти ча́йку. Усі ду́же щасли́ві. Коли́ я дивлю́ся на цю фотогра́фію, я та́кож щасли́вий.

Here is my favorite photo. My whole family is here: my wife, my daughter and our dog. We are on vacation by the sea. We are walking along the beach. I don’t like it when all the people in a photo are looking at the camera and smiling. It’s not interesting. In this photo my wife is touching the sea. My daughter is running after the dog, and the dog wants to catch a seagull. Everyone is very happy. When I look at the photo, I am happy too.

За́раз ця фотогра́фія виси́ть у віта́льні. Коли́ в буди́нку є го́сті, вони́ за́вжди ди́вляться на фотогра́фію та ка́жуть: “Я теж хо́чу на мо́ре. Мо́ре – це ща́стя”. А я ду́маю: “Ща́стя – це роди́на“. Як приє́мно диви́тися на фотогра́фії та зга́дувати найщасливіші моме́нти життя́. Недарма́ я ви́брав профе́сію фото́графа!

Now, this photo hangs in our living room. When there are guests in the house, they always look at the photograph and say: “I also want to go to the sea. The sea is happiness.” And I think: “Happiness is family.” How nice it is to look at photographs and remember the happiest moments in life. It’s not for nothing that I chose the profession of a photographer!
